We offer proven, best-in-class operations support with JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) centered in everything we do.
You'll be paired with an operations associate, manager, or COO, who will help improve and/or manage your back-office functions.

All associates and managers report to a senior CANOE staff member with 10+ years of operations leadership experience. We also review and discuss the needs of each nonprofit partner as a team.


These practices result in comprehensive support for your organization and reduce the time you spend on oversight.

How it works

Choose one or more levels of operations support below.

Minimum amount: Other than consulting services, the pricing reflects a baseline commitment of 5 hours per month for at least 3 months.

Mix and match: We can combine different levels of support and create a unique package for your organization.

Discounts: Special pricing is available for small nonprofits (10 employees or less) and packages involving 40+ hours per month.

Operations Coordinator

Operations Manager
