CANOE is an antiracist organization that centers justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in everything we do.
Small nonprofits facing disproportionately high barriers to growth and success often are those run by BIPOC and LGBTQ individuals, people with disabilities, folks from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and members of other marginalized groups.
