First ElevateOps Learning Circle: Starting the conversation!

This will be an opportunity for community members to gather virtually to meet. This will be an informal space that will include fun ways to get to know each other while also sharing ideas on how to move the needle in providing equitable and justice-focused Operations support. 

Discussions will involve how we can use community building as a tool to work against white supremacist work culture norms and best ways to support a people first lens in our work.
